Beauty is about being comfortable in your own skin! It starts when you realize the beauty within you. Makeup and hair extensions are only enhancement to enhance the beauty outwardly shown! Remember, "You are fearfully and wonderfully made." Psalm 139:14.
Wedding Slay!!
In order to book Enhanced Beauty to service your big day a contract must be signed and fees paid. I will do my best to make your day special. In order to ensure your expectations are met, I highly recommend a wedding trial before your big day. Wedding event makeup trials consultation are $50. Keep in mind Mink Lashes are sold separate and the price depends upon the lash selected. Prices can range from $20-$35 dollars. Want your hair styled? A hair consultation is needed the fee depends on the style being serviced.
Terms of Use
To secure the date for your special wedding event please fill out this contract form above and submit the quoted retainer payment 2 or 1 month before your wedding event. The form must include everyone that wants a service done. Please take note anyone that's not added prior to booking service, cannot be added later. A signature and a retainer of a (nonrefundable) payment must be paid, which will go toward your service. The retainer amount depends on the number of people being serviced. However 50% (nonrefundable) must be paid before all services and the remainder before the day of your event. Take note once all services are paid in full there is NO REFUND. The prices are still the same even if you don't get everything that's included in the makeup application. Please keep in mind if a second assistant is needed for a larger party there is a $30 extra charge
Additional fees/Late Fee/Traveling fee
Please be aware there will be an additional fee if there is a request to move to a new location to finish up makeup for the wedding party. That fee starts at $20. If you are late! Please keep in mind there’s a $5 fee every 5mins! This must be paid before all services are started. There is a traveling fee which (DOESN'T) include parking fee(s), which starts at $25 for 5 or more miles and $45 for 20 or more miles. "If there is a fee for parking it will not be my responsibility. Take note it must be paid before my arrival." However all
other fees must be paid the day before wedding. Credit Card, Cash App, and Zelle is the only exception! Please email your filled out "Special Event Contract" to latayvia.childs@aol.com

Cancellation
I, Latayvia Childs recommend you book our services months in advance to ensure your satisfaction. If you want to cancel my beauty services before your wedding day, you can. However the 50% retainer is non-refundable. Take note once all services are paid in full there is NO REFUND. So we recommend you pay the remainder the day before your wedding day.
