Due to this current "Pandemic" it is required that you wear a mask whereas all stylist will have on a mask. We are taking clients one at a time. We kindly ask that you come alone and not bring extra people including children. An extra person will not be tolerated under any circumstances. If you violate the rules. You will have to reschedule and will not get your deposit back. If you are sick please stay home and reschedule your appointment. However we will do our part in making sure we keep our salon environment clean and sanitized in between each client. Thank you for understanding.
True Elegance Staff is committed to providing excellent customer service to our clients. Our goal is to make your experience at our salon pleasant and comfortable as possible. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. At the time of your appointment please arrive with your hair already taken down/detangled (completely combed out) ready to be treated and shampooed unless your stylist approves of taking hair down and detangling your hair. If not there will be an additional fee for the stylist to do so. If you want a sew-in install a consultation is required before booking to discuss style and the proper hair you will need to make sure your install is done flawlessly. We recommend our hair collection "ELEGANCE HAIR FETISH" and work with certain hair brands. Hair brands outside of recommendation will not be serviced under any circumstances. However sew-in appointments are done during the week and not on the weekend unless its approved by your stylist. For consideration of our clients and staff, we DO NOT allow additional guest and children unless they are being serviced. Although we love children, we only service children 6 and up. We kindly ask NO food allowed in the salon.
Any appointments that is booked with us, please understand True Elegance Staff will need to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, and credit card billing address(s) so that we can process and fulfill your online booking service. We do not view or save your credit card or debit card information as SQUARE or PAYPal processes the payment.
Deposits/fees/no calls no shows/etc
It's important to know before you book make sure your appointment time has been approved by your stylist. However in order to book an appointment at TRUE ELEGANCE BEAUTY SALON your credit card and a NON REFUNDABLE deposit starting at $30 is required. The non-refundable deposit amount depends on your service price. The deposit(s) WILL NOT be refunded under any circumstances. However the deposit(s) will go toward your service(s). It's necessary you book under the service you want done and not just under any service, because whatever service you book, will be the service you're provided the day of your appointment. Failure to do so can result in fees and your appointment being rescheduled. So it's important to pay attention to what your booking. Please take note, there is a cancellation fee which is the deposit amount of whatever service you booked. If you need to reschedule you must do so 24hrs before your appointment or you will be charged the deposit amount paid and also be required to put down an additional deposit for your new appointment. If you are a "no call no show" you will be charged the full amount of your service. Time is everything and no call and no shows is lost money. If you are 15mins late there will be an addition $20 added, unless you speak with your stylist and they tell you otherwise.We accept Cash, Debit, Credit, Cash App, Quick Pay, Zelle, etc. All contact information will be provided in your appointment confirmation email. By choosing to book any appointments you are accepting and approving everything mentioned in this statement.
TRUE ELEGANCE BEAUTY STYLISTS will do their best to provide all clients with the best quality service(s). However it is important and the responsibility of the client to examine their service(s) to make sure one is satisfied with the quality of what was done. Please take note! All services are final once client approves satisfaction of service, pay, and leave appointment. If you want something redone or fixed, it must be done the same day as your appointment. If you try to come back a day later or days later with the request of a redo or for something to be fixed, you will be charged for the service(s). It is so important to be honest with the stylist servicing you, so that you leave satisfied and confident with your service(s). Wrong-fully defaming or slandering True Elegance Beauty Salon will not be tolerated and can result in a civil suit (Defamation Law "Libel"). Disputing charges/Civil court
TRUE ELEGANCE STYLISTS respects clients and their time, but keep in mind, this is a service(s) in exchange for money transaction. TRUE ELEGANCE BEAUTY SALON have informed clearly the actions that would be taken if you show failure to follow the policies. However if you violate the policies and you get charged the fee(s) rightfully charged, but if you dispute any charges with your bank. Keep in mind we have the right to take you to civil court, speaking that each statement above is a bounding agreement if you book any services on this site. Take note if you dispute anything, you will never be able to book services again.
